The Advertiser acknowledges being aware of the extent of the site's dissemination, having taken all necessary precautions to comply with the legislation in force in the receiving locations, and releases WhizzTanzania from any liability in this regard.

The advertiser recognizes that they are solely responsible for the content of the advertisements, promotions, events, etc., that they publish and make accessible to users, as well as for any document or information they transmit to users. The Advertiser assumes full editorial responsibility for the content of the advertisements they publish.

By submitting any publication, each advertiser acknowledges and agrees that WhizzTanzania may at any time delete or refuse the publication and/or dissemination that would be contrary to the laws of the country or the dissemination rules of the service, without compensation.

Every user and advertiser is solely responsible for any damages caused to third parties and the consequences of any claims or actions that may arise from this.

The user also waives any recourse against WhizzTanzania in the event of legal action taken against them by a third party due to the use and/or illegal exploitation of the service on the WhizzTanzania site.

Users and advertisers are solely responsible for transactions made via the site and their consequences.
